Can you accept small orders?
Yes, we accept small orders for most RTS products, which can be shipped around 3-5 days after order payment.
How & When can I get a quotation?
Quotations will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you advise the product picture, drawing, quantity, and other special requirements.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples can be arranged for your approval, although the freight cost is covered by the customer's side.
Is customized OEM/ODM acceptable?
Yes, we sincerely welcome all customers to grow with us through customized OEM or ODM projects.
What are the shipping and payment methods?
Samples are sent door-to-door via express. Bulk orders can be shipped by air or sea. For payment, we commonly accept Online Credit Cards and T/T payments.
How is quality control handled?
Quality is our priority. Every product is fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping to ensure standards are met from start to finish.
